Yes, a growing number of collections have been digitized, including the papers of Charlotte Perkins Gilman. Many Schlesinger items, including manuscript materials, were digitized for Women Working, 1830-1900, as well as other collections in Harvard's Open Collections Program. A portion of the library's book collection was scanned as part of the Google digitization project, and about half of the library's photographs have been digitized and are available in VIA, Harvard's visual access catalog.
