A primary difference is the appearance of the search screen/ interface. HOLLIS (available at http://hollis.harvard.edu)is a discovery platform. HOLLIS Classic (available at http://nrs.harvard.edu/urn-3:hul.eresource:hollisct) is the older/original interface.
For details on HOLLIS v. HOLLIS Classic please see http://hollis.harvard.edu/help.aspx?topic=versus
